Newborn Session Fees
To secure your booking, 50% booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. (This is 50% of the Bundle of joy package and will be discounted from any package you purchase)
This ensures your session is reserved just for you and that Cara has plenty of time to work gently with baby at their own pace.
A pre-session e-brochure and the opportunity to discuss your preferences and any special requests.
A photo shoot, typically lasting around 2.5 hours.
Use of props, backgrounds, and accessories.
A private online, watermarked gallery to choose your images.

Your Newborn Photography Experience
My cozy, baby-friendly studio is designed to be a tranquil space where you and your little one can feel completely at ease. With ten years of experience working with newborns, I understand the importance of creating a calm and safe environment. From the gentle poses to the soothing atmosphere, every session is tailored to your baby’s comfort and your family’s unique story.
Cosy up on the sofa with a cup of tea or coffee, while I work with baby at their own pace. Step in when it’s time for your family portraits with gentle guidance from me and cuddles with your little one.
Siblings are welcome to join your newborn session.
This time is as much about them becoming an older brother or sister as it is to be welcoming a newborn into the world. We believe that including siblings, enhances the experience and creates lasting memories for the entire family. Allowing them to share in these special moments and warmly welcome their new baby brother or sister into the world is irreplaceable.
Rest assured, siblings are never in our way during the session. They can freely check in on their new baby brother or sister whenever they wish.

Booking a newborn photo shoot.
Enquiring for a photo session is the best way to get started. Cara will contact you within 24 hours via email. It is best to pencil in a session around
7-10 days after due date.
We can adjust session dates and times nearer the day if baby arrives early or late at no extra cost.
We offer guidence prior to all photoshoots in the form of a prep guide so you can feel ready before the session. Detailed images and contact numbers are in the guide to help find the studio. There’s also opportunity to schedule a phone call with herself prior to the session if you wish to discuss anything before hand.
