Newborn photoshoot with siblings!
One of my more recent shoots decided they wanted to bring the two siblings with them and who am I to say no! It is as much about them becoming big sisters as it is a celebration or parenthood and a growing family.
Safety of the newborn is imperative. I try my best to get them into position and then pop siblings around them. If at any time they do not wish to co-operate then we just don’t do the shot. They need to be comfortable and calm to capture images with a newborn.
The most important images to capture though have to be the family photos with them. It’s best to start with these first so they are comfortable with the surroundings and we have the important shots before they are bored of the camera.
